Sources
We read the firm’s own pages: its FAQ, terms and conditions, and shop. For company and regulatory facts, we use official registers, such as Switzerland’s federal company register and FINMA’s warning list. Third-party reviews are useful for context, never as a source for a rule.
Dates
Every guide shows when its facts were checked. Prices and rules are kept in one place on our side, so a change updates every page at once.
When a firm’s pages disagree
Firms do not always keep every page in sync. Crypto Fund Trader’s FAQ lists 550+ crypto pairs on Bybit while its challenge page shows 715. In that case we use the more conservative figure and say so.
Numbers and examples
In comparisons, each firm’s facts come from its own website, FAQ or terms, and carry the date we read them. Dollar limits are calculated from the firm’s published percentages. Our examples use the firm’s own examples where they exist, such as Crypto Fund Trader’s trailing drawdown case, and say so.
What we never claim
- A test, a payout or a trading result we have not done ourselves.
- A rule we cannot point to on the firm’s own pages.
- That any prop firm is safe or that you will get paid.
