Which program fits which trader
2-Phase: the fixed floor
Two targets (8%, then 5%), a 5% daily limit and a maximum loss fixed at 10% of the starting balance. The floor never moves, which makes the risk easy to plan. Funded accounts share 80% of simulated profit.
1-Phase: cheaper, with a moving floor
One 10% target, a 4% daily limit and a 6% trailing floor that locks at the starting balance. It is the cheapest way in, from $40 for $5,000, but the floor rises with every new high. How the trailing floor works.
Instant: no evaluation
There is no evaluation to pass: you can ask for a reward from the start, under the standard conditions. The account has a 4% daily and 6% overall loss limit and lower leverage (1:30 on forex, 1:5 on crypto). Each time the account gains 10%, you can take a reward and double its size, up to $1,280,000. Up to three Instant accounts can be active at once.
Ascend: low leverage, paid as a ticket
Leverage is 1:30 on forex and 1:5 on crypto, and new trades are blocked 2 minutes either side of high-impact news and market openings. Once you reach the phase 2 target, the account closes and turns into a ticket you redeem for your reward. CFT’s FAQ does not list Ascend’s targets or loss limits, so check them on the product page before you buy.
Break: pay after you pass
A small entry fee, then an activation fee only if you pass the evaluation: $70 and $138 for $25,000, with 30 days to pay the activation fee once you pass. The loss limit trails your highest balance (4%, or 3% on $100,000), payouts are on demand, and funded accounts have a 40% consistency rule.
